Compiled by Wylies Outdoor Worlds owner 'Drew Wylie' after testing various DD Tarps, DD Hammocks, and everything else DD has to offer on average 4 nights a week, every week, regardless of the UK weather conditions. Drew frequently enjoys exploring new locations on his own adventures. This required the need for a camping kit that covers sleep and shelter while primarily taking into account the flexibility of each of the items on his camping kit list but also asking himself the question "how will I pack my backpack for a camping trip"

DD 3x3 Pro Tarp:
The DD 3x3 Pro Tarp really is one of the most flexible camping tarpaulins available on the market today. Based largely on the standard DD 3X3 Tarp with the addition of more fixing points allowing even more tarp configurations and set up options.
Specifications:
- In addition to the fully waterproof 3000mm PU coating:
- 21 reinforced attachment points (2 more than the DD Tarp 3x3) allow for the Tarp 3x3 Pro to be set up in countless ways.
- 16 eyelets placed on each outer attachment point to allow the DD Tarp 3x3 Pro to be used with poles or pegged tightly onto the ground.
- Guy line stowage loops: corner and middle side loops have velcro to allow folding of and storing the guy lines when packing - (handy to keep the guy lines tangle-free between uses, while still connected to the tarp for quick set-up).
- Press studs: positioned on two sides of the tarp, these allow you to attach multiple tarps together (up to a maximum of 4 tarps in a large 6m x 6m square shape). Also allow for advanced tarp configurations for both hammock and ground dwellers: for example, close one end together when used in the diamond formation with a hammock.
DD Travel Hammock/Bivi
The double-layered DD Travel Hammock/Bivi has a built on mosquito net and a waterproof floor. With the webbing pre-fitted and spreader poles/elastic included to raise the net, the Travel Hammock is a versatile system suitable for users with any level of hammock camping experience.
This hammock's waterproof base layers make it ready to deploy on the ground as a bivi. Backpackers and long-distance hikers will appreciate this, in the event that the next campsite turns out to be tree-free.
Note: The Travel Hammock is designed for dual use (on/off ground), and is not ideal solely for use as a hammock.

DD Inflatable Mat XL
The DD Inflatable Mat has a tapered foot end, making it ideal to fit inside your hammock as an insulation pad. It's also great for bivi camping and is lightweight enough not to weigh you down on the trail.
It's quick and easy to set up: a secure screw valve at the top allows partial self-inflation, allowing you to top it up yourself if required.

Comfortable for use in temperatures down to -5C, the DD Jura 2 Sleeping Bag is central-zipped with a waterproof foot box, designed to let you step into it on wet ground, pull it up around you and sit back into your hammock.

Amsteel (Dyneema cord) is great for a range of purposes such as hammock camping and kayaking, but perhaps most widely known for its use in making whoopie slings – a lightweight hammock suspension solution or used as a tarp ridgeline.
When made into whoopie slings, this is a fantastic modification for anyone looking to reduce the pack weight of their hammock.
Specifications:
- Dark grey 2.5mm Amsteel rope: purchase by the metre (orders up to 182m long are sent as a single length, which can be cut as required).
- If made into whoopie slings, is compatible with all DD hammocks – weight limit 125kg
What is Amsteel?
- Made from Dyneema SK75 with Samthane Coating - very hard-wearing
- 8-strand single braid construction
- Size for size same strength as wire rope, yet only 1/7 of the weight: outlasts wire rope in tests
- Flexible, easy to handle and easily field spliced
Made from extra-strong Amsteel rope, these are a lightweight solution to keeping your tarp taught when setting up on a ridgeline.
Why not make these fasteners into prusik knots on your ridgeline? Simply clip the free ends to your tarp loop to keep your tarp firmly in place.

DD Hiking Poles
Perfect for days up in the hills, this collapsible pole extends to 135cm and easily doubles up as a support for your tarp.
A comfortable handgrip and wrist strap make it a helpful companion for you when the trail gets tough. A removable trekking basket and tip protector means you can also fix it into the ground to use as a tarp prop, without any sharp ends to worry about.

Wylie's Outdoor World's owner 'Drew' handles all returns, and exchanges personally.
We offer a 30-day (from the date of purchase) returns and exchange policy. You may return most new, unopened, unworn, and unused items within 30 days of your order date for a refund or exchange. (Some items in our store are non-returnable) such as used batteries, and underwear for example. We must be able to resell a product again as brand new.
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within one week of us receiving our return. ).
How to request a return
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. Please let us know if you would prefer a refund, or an exchange. Drew will confirm your selection and send you an invoice (If applicable for exchanges) and await your return to arrive with us.
Processing Times
Please, allow Drew 3 to 5 days to process your returns or exchanges. However, the "turnaround" time is often faster than this.
Shipping
We ship to UK mainland predominantly. However, we can ship internationally on request.
We use DPD exclusively for all UK orders as standard. We offer free shipping on all orders over £100, orders under £100 are charged a £5.99. (Some long, or overly heavy/large items will vary in shipping cost)
Dispatch & Delivery Times
Drew also packs customers orders personally. We ask you to allow 2 days to process orders. This allows Drew adequate time to process orders, be the sole point of contact for all our customers, and manage our website. On average delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. However, Drew is quite efficient. Orders are often processed and delivered in a shorter time.

Ensure you get the right fit
You can find below Keela's range of sizing charts on which their garments are based. These are designed to give you an idea of the fit of our items - but please note that some items are designed to be a tighter or looser fit than others (for example, a technical mountain-expedition jacket will be designed looser to fit required padded layering underneath) - so we give extra fit guidance on the individual product pages, as if the item is designed with extra space but you're not planning on layering, you may want to get a smaller size than normal!
Fitment advice
Keela's range is used for everything from running and cycling to conquering mountains, and each item is designed to work best in a specific scenario.
However this can mean that our items fit differently from each other, depending on what you are using them for, and your own personal preferences!
For example if you’re usually a size M and have one of our baselayers in a size M and decide you really MUST have a Munro Jacket for walking your dogs in the pouring rain – if you aren’t planning on wearing multiple bulky layers with the Munro, you’re likely to find the size M too big – this is because it’s designed to survive trips up mountains in the most extreme conditions, where you would need to wear a wicking baselayer, maybe a microfleece, and a thicker fleece or thermal jacket. If you’re not going to wear these layers, you’ll have a lot of extra space!
