Wylie's Outdoor World opened it's doors for the first time in 2014, by Drew Wylie. Drew is a life long outdoors enthusiast, ecommerce specialist, and professional outdoor product tester with 20 years of experience in the Outdoor Trade and E-Commerce industries. Drew built our website, and still oversees every aspect of your customer journey with us to this day. He will answer you calls, or emails, offer you any advice or assistance you may need, pack up, and dispatch your order, if you need his help for any reason all our contact channels go directly to Drew.


Drew is living his dream, doing something he loves. it would have been impossible without the support of our customers over the years. To show our gratitude. We offer every customer the most valuable thing can in return...our time!

Wylie's Outdoor World is our only source of income, the cost incurred in testing all our products is coved by sales from our website. Our small team is paid fairly. We use reliable couriers as standard. All these things come at an expense. We have priced all our items at a sustainable margin to allow us to look after our team by paying them what they deserve, and continue to offer the best service we can, without cutting corners on quality or service.

I bought 2 x DD Hammocks/Tarp and sleeping bag bundles from Drew at Wylies Outdoor World, the customer service was above and beyond and second to none. Drew actively went the extra mile to save me money on the kits since both came with excess paracord and ridge line, so Drew took the time to reach out call and talk me though my order and explain how he was working to save me a few quid. The delivery was very fast and without any hassle, and well packaged. Even a few years on after making the purchase Drew is more than happy to help and answer any questions and advice and is always a friendly voice and fountain of knowledge at the end of a phone, which is my next point, Wylies Outdoor World is incredibly accessible to all and customer focused.

Drew tests all the kit he sells, which instantly gives me (the buyer) confidence in the quality of the equipment before buying. 10/10 would buy from Wylie's again without a seconds thought.
