xGrubs OUTLINE 5.0 boots are designed specifically for the equestrian user who wants a boot that will take them from yard to stirrup. 5MM INSUFOAM-ULTRA neoprene and rubber shell ankle boot provide comfort and warmth.

Sizing Recommendations
Most wellington boot manufacturers recommend that you go a size up and wear them with a pair of think socks, With Grubs Boots this is NOT the case!
Grubs boots are designed to be true to size, to avoid having to return your boots for a size change we recommend that you order your regular shoe size.
Standard U.K. sizes for men and women (unisex sizing). Boots and shoes are available in whole sizes only but will stretch to fit half sizes. There is a 15mm toe allowance built into the sizing. Grubs Boots are made to standard widths, but the materials will stretch comfortably to fit widths up to a EEEE. For narrow feet, we suggest wearing a thicker sock or putting in an additional footbed to take up room.
Over the years we have tried numerous different pairs across the range to find ourselves that this advice is accurate. Owner 'Drew' at Wylies Outdoor World is a size 9 in regular and outdoor footwear and has found Grubs to be true to size.
Lauren our assistant manager is a size 6 in regular footwear and has tested most of the Grubs women's lifestyle and equestrian models and also finds the size 6 throughout the ranges she has tried are accurate
Shipping & Return
x30 day Returns & Exchanges
Wylie's Outdoor World's owner 'Drew' handles all returns, and exchanges personally.
We offer a 30-day (from the date of purchase) returns and exchange policy. You may return most new, unopened, unworn, and unused items within 30 days of your order date for a refund or exchange. However you must contact us within 14 days to inform us. (Some items in our store are non-returnable) such as used batteries, and underwear for example. We must be able to resell a product again as brand new. All non defective clothing returns must be returned in exactly the same condition as they were dispatched. Neatly folded, unworn, complete with all original outer packaging and tags attached.
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within one week of us receiving our return.
How to request a return
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. Please let us know if you would prefer a refund, or an exchange. Drew will confirm your selection and send you an invoice (If applicable for exchanges) and await your return to arrive with us.
Processing Times
Please, allow Drew 3 to 5 days to process your returns or exchanges. However, the "turnaround" time is often faster than this.
Shipping
We ship to UK mainland predominantly. However, we can ship internationally on request.
We use DPD exclusively for all UK orders as standard. We offer free shipping on all orders over £100, orders under £50 are charged a £5.99. (Some long, or overly heavy/large items will vary in shipping cost) and we also offer a Free "Tracked Snail Mail" option that takes an extra couple of working days to arrive.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
Drew also packs customers orders personally. We ask you to allow 2 days to process orders. This allows Drew adequate time to process orders, be the sole point of contact for all our customers, and manage our website. On average delivery time is 3 to 5 working days, or 3 to 6 working days for our Tracked Snail Mail service. However, Drew is quite efficient. Orders are often processed and delivered in a shorter time.
