We offer a 30-day (from the date of purchase) returns and exchange policy. You may return most new, unopened, unworn, and unused items within 30 days of your order date for a refund or exchange. However you must contact us within 14 days to inform us. (Some items in our store are non-returnable) such as used batteries, and underwear for example. We must be able to resell a product again as brand new.

You should expect to receive your refund within one week of us receiving our return. ).
How to request a return
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. Please let us know if you would prefer a refund, or an exchange. Drew will confirm your selection and send you an invoice (If applicable for exchanges) and await your return to arrive with us.
Processing Times
Please, allow Drew 3 to 5 days to process your returns or exchanges. However, the "turnaround" time is often faster than this.

We ship to UK mainland predominantly. However, we can ship internationally on request.
We use DPD exclusively for all UK orders as standard. We offer free shipping on all orders over £100, orders under £100 are charged a £5.99. (Some long, or overly heavy/large items will vary in shipping cost)

I own 2 of the Kombat UK Patriot Jackets, one in BTP pattern (gen 1), and one (gen 2) in black.
The current (gen 2) has a few design improvements, a rear pocket, and a thin fleece liner. It's a good jacket that can handle some pretty poor weather conditions and works well as a waterproof outer shell. I wish more jackets would have pockets in the same places as this jacket.
The patriot jacket pairs particularly well with the Kombat UK Recon Hoodie. The hoodie is thick and heavy while the jacket is light and waterproof. I used both as part of my outdoor layering system for many years. At the time I had one layering system for the entire year rather than having a really expensive winter jacket that only came out of the cupboard for 2 months of the year.
it's light and pretty robust! I still use both of my Patriot Jackets several years on. So, I have no hesitation in recommending it.
My only gripe is that pre-COVID-19 and Brexit the jacket was much cheaper than it is today. It is still good value for money today, but pre 2020 it was truly outstanding value!
