Opinel No.7 Classic Original Carbon Steel Knife

The blade of the Opinel No.7 with its classic Yatagan shape is crafted from Opinel Sandvik 12c27-MOD Carbon. Opinel has perfected the hardening and tempering process used to produce these unique knives.

The double safety ring Virobloc locks the blade either in an open or closed position. The handle of varnished beech wood ensures an ergonomically designed grip and gives the knife its classic and unique shape.
