With this handy scraper, you can remove stubborn cooking and frying residues from hard to reach areas of your Dutch ovens and fire skillets. The scraper cleans cast and wrought iron without attacking the valuable patina, for it adjusts perfectly to the inside of Dutch ovens, fire skillets and loaf pans.

Versatile in form and function
Not only the form fits your Petromax cookware ideally, but the properties of its material make the scraper particularly versatile: The kitchen utensil is heat-proof up to 120 °C (248 °F) and made of food-safe plastic. That is why you can use it as a dough scraper or spatula for dividing dough into portions.

How to clean
Let pan or pot cool down, let soak in warm water, and then remove burnt residues with the scraper. You naturally don’t need dishwashing soap. After cleaning, rinse thoroughly again. Before putting your cast-iron cookware back in the cupboard, always dry it up thoroughly and season it as usual.

We offer a 30-day (from the date of purchase) returns and exchange policy. You may return most new, unopened, unworn, and unused items within 30 days of your order date for a refund or exchange. However you must contact us within 14 days to inform us. (Some items in our store are non-returnable) such as used batteries, and underwear for example. We must be able to resell a product again as brand new.

How to request a return

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. Please let us know if you would prefer a refund, or an exchange. Drew will confirm your selection and send you an invoice (If applicable for exchanges) and await your return to arrive with us.

Processing Times

Please, allow Drew 3 to 5 days to process your returns or exchanges. However, the "turnaround" time is often faster than this.

Shipping

We ship to UK mainland predominantly. However, we can ship internationally on request.

We use DPD exclusively for all UK orders as standard. We offer free shipping on all orders over £100, orders under £100 are charged a £5.99. (Some long, or overly heavy/large items will vary in shipping cost)

Drew also packs customers orders personally. We ask you to allow 2 days to process orders. This allows Drew adequate time to process orders, be the sole point of contact for all our customers, and manage our website. On average delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. However, Drew is quite efficient. Orders are often processed and delivered in a shorter time.

Having decided on the particular brand of jackets that I wanted, a google search led me to Wylies where, happily, their sale was on. Sadly, I couldn't see the sizes/colours needed, so emailed querying whether they might be in stock, or could be obtained, at what price and how quickly. Although closed for holidays, Drew, the owner, emailed me back almost immediately with options and offers of guidance regarding sizing. Brilliant! So, 29th July I place an online order for one jacket (not in stock at the time) which then arrives on my doorstep on Friday 2nd August. I call that an absolutely ace and very personal service from a company that obviously cares about customer satisfaction.
