30-Day Returns & Exchanges
Wylie's Outdoor World's owner, Drew, also handles all returns and exchanges personally.
We offer a 30-day (from the date of purchase) return and exchange policy. You may return most new, unopened, unused, and unworn items within 30 days of your order for a refund or exchange. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate the return process.
Some products (such as used batteries and underwear) are non-returnable. Returned items must be in a resellable, brand-new condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
How to Request a Return
Log into your account, view your order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu, and click the “Return Item(s)” button. Indicate whether you’d like a refund or exchange. Drew will confirm and issue instructions (including invoice if exchanging), then await the returned item.

Prandi Axes – A Hands-On Review
I first brought Prandi axes into Wylies Outdoor World through Mora Distribution, and as always, I wanted to test them myself before offering them to customers. Over the past seasons, I’ve put several of the range to use, from the compact hatchets right up to the largest felling axe.
Build Quality
The first thing that stands out is the craftsmanship. Prandi axes are forged in Italy, and you can feel the attention to detail. The heads are solid, well-finished, and hold a good edge. The hickory handles are shaped for comfort and balance, giving you plenty of control whether you’re splitting kindling or swinging into heavier rounds.
Performance
