We offer a 30-day (from the date of purchase) returns and exchange policy. You may return most new, unopened, unworn, and unused items within 30 days of your order date for a refund or exchange. However, you must contact us within 14 days to inform us. (Some items in our store are non-returnable, such as used batteries and underwear, for example.) Drew actively went the extra mile to save me money on the kits since both came with excess paracord and ridge line, so Drew took the time to reach out call and talk me though my order and explain how he was working to save me a few quid. The delivery was very fast and without any hassle, and well packaged. Even a few years on after making the purchase Drew is more than happy to help and answer any questions and advice and is always a friendly voice and fountain of knowledge at the end of a phone, which is my next point, Wylies Outdoor World is incredibly accessible to all and customer focused.

Drew tests all the kit he sells, which instantly gives me (the buyer) confidence in the quality of the equipment before buying. 10/10 would buy from Wylie's again without a seconds thought.
