The Expedition Freeze Dried Meals are a convenient and easy way to whilst you are out camping, hiking, or fishing. They are extremely lightweight and have a shelf life of 5 years. The regular serving packs contain 450kcal per meal.

Preparations:
Remove the Oxygen Absorber (sachet) from inside the pouch. Slowly add up to 230ml of hot water, stir the contents and then close the bag and wait 5-8 minutes for the food to re-hydrate.
Note: Coldwater will suffice, however, the re-hydration time is much longer.
