Delivery Information

Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 working days. Drew personally packs and dispatches each order, and in many cases, items are on their way within 1 working day of being placed.

Shipping

We ship DD Hammocks products to UK addresses only.

All UK orders are shipped via DPD as standard.

Delivery is free on all DD Hammocks, Tarps, and Tents — no minimum spend required. Just add your chosen items to the basket and check out as normal.

For all other items, orders over £100 qualify for free delivery. Orders under £100 are charged a flat rate of £5.99.

Note: Oversized or particularly heavy items may carry an additional shipping fee — this will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Drew, the owner of Wylie’s Outdoor World, handles all returns and exchanges personally to ensure everything is dealt with fairly and quickly.

We offer a 30-day returns and exchange policy (from the date of purchase). If you'd like to return or exchange an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be in unused condition — as new and fit for resale.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, log in to your account, view your order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the "Return Item(s)" button. You can request either a refund or an exchange. If an exchange requires a price difference, Drew will send you an invoice before dispatching the replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are typically processed within one week of receiving your returned item. We'll always confirm once your return has been received and the refund is issued.
