The Expedition Freeze Dried meals are a convenient and easy way to eat whilst you are out camping, hiking, or fishing. They are extremely lightweight and have a shelf life of up to 5 years. The high-energy packs contain 800 calories per meal.

Preparation:
Remove the oxygen absorber (Sachet) from inside the pouch, then follow the instructions on the reverse of the food bag. Add boiling water to just above line 5 (440ml), stir the contents, and then close the bag and wait 5-8 minutes for the food to re-hydrate.
Note: Coldwater will suffice, however, the re-hydration time is much longer.
