Unlike generic abrasives, this eraser block is specifically formulated for ceramic sharpening rods. The controlled abrasive action removes metal particles without damaging the ceramic surface, while the pliable design conforms to rod contours for thorough cleaning.
Gently rub the eraser block along the ceramic rod surface to remove metal deposits. For stubborn buildup, wet the block with water to reduce abrasion. The block will gradually remove accumulated particles, restoring the rod's original cleaning ability.

For all age-restricted items, we use Royal Mail Tracked services within the UK. This ensures compliance with legal obligations and provides secure, trackable delivery.
We offer free shipping on orders over £100. Orders under £100 are charged a flat rate of £5.99. Some long, heavy, or oversized items may incur additional shipping costs, which will be clearly shown at checkout.
Drew personally packs all orders. Please allow up to 2 working days for dispatch. This allows time for order processing, age verification, and maintaining personal customer service standards.
Average delivery is 3–5 working days. Many parcels arrive sooner, but delays may occur if age verification is not completed promptly.

We offer a 30-day (from the date of purchase) return and exchange policy. You may return most new, unopened, unused, and unworn items within 30 days of your order for a refund or exchange. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate the return process.
Some products (such as used batteries and underwear) are non-returnable. Returned items must be in a resellable, brand-new condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Log into your account, view your order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu, and click the “Return Item(s)” button. Indicate whether you’d like a refund or exchange. Drew will confirm and issue instructions (including invoice if exchanging), then await the returned item.
Refunds are typically issued within one week of receiving the returned item.
