DD Jura 2 Sleeping Bag – Designed for Hammock Camping

The DD Hammocks Jura 2 Sleeping Bag is built specifically for hammock camping. Its centre zip allows for easy access and use when paired with a hammock, unlike side-zip sleeping bags which can be cumbersome in a hammock setup.

The bag includes a unique, hard-wearing, waterproof footbox that protects the sleeping bag from water, mud, and dirt when you get in and out of your hammock, helping it last longer and stay cleaner.

Rated for temperatures down to -5°C, the Jura 2 is a three-season sleeping bag that, when paired with the DD Underblanket or the newly released DD Underblanket XL and suitable clothing, can be used comfortably all year round.

This sleeping bag has been tested extensively in real UK conditions — night after night for over a decade — by Wylies Outdoor World's owner, Drew Wylie.

  • Ripstop nylon shell with a water-repellent coating, filled with microfibre

  • Waterproof footbox (inside and out) made from Oxford nylon for durability and protection

Shipping

We ship to UK mainland predominantly. However, we can ship internationally on request.

We use DPD exclusively for all UK orders as standard. We offer free shipping on all orders over £50. Orders under £50 are charged a £5.99. (Some long, or overly heavy/large items will vary in shipping cost)

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Drew also packs customers’ orders personally. We ask you to allow 2 days to process orders. This allows Drew adequate time to process orders, be the sole point of contact for all our customers, and manage our website. On average delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. However, Drew is quite efficient. Orders are often processed and delivered in a shorter time.

30 Day Returns & Exchanges

Wylie's Outdoor World's owner 'Drew' handles all returns and exchanges personally.

We offer a 30-day (from the date of purchase) returns and exchange policy. You may return most new, unopened, unworn, and unused items within 30 days of your order date for a refund or exchange. However, you must contact us within 14 days to inform us. (Some items in our store are non-returnable, such as used batteries and underwear, for example.) We must be able to resell a product again as brand new.

How to Request a Return

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. Please let us know if you would prefer a refund or an exchange. Drew will confirm your selection and send you an invoice (if applicable for exchanges) and await your return to arrive with us.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within one week of us receiving your return.

Processing Times

Please allow Drew 3 to 5 days to process your returns or exchanges. However, the turnaround time is often faster than this.

I bought 2 x DD Hammocks/Tarp and sleeping bag bundles from Drew at Wylies Outdoor World, the customer service was above and beyond and second to none. Drew actively went the extra mile to save me money on the kits since both came with excess paracord and ridge line, so Drew took the time to reach out call and talk me though my order and explain how he was working to save me a few quid. The delivery was very fast and without any hassle, and well packaged. Even a few years on after making the purchase Drew is more than happy to help and answer any questions and advice and is always a friendly voice and fountain of knowledge at the end of a phone, which is my next point, Wylies Outdoor World is incredibly accessible to all and customer focused.

Drew tests all the kit he sells, which instantly gives me (the buyer) confidence in the quality of the equipment before buying. 10/10 would buy from Wylie's again without a seconds thought.
