Having decided on the particular brand of jackets that I wanted, a google search led me to Wylie's where, happily, their sale was on.
Sadly, I couldn't see the sizes/colours needed, so emailed querying whether they might be in stock, or could be obtained, at what price and how quickly. Although closed for holidays, Drew, the owner, emailed me back almost immediately with options and offers of guidance regarding sizing. Brilliant!
So, 29th July I place an online order for one jacket (not in stock at the time) which then arrives on my doorstep on Friday 2nd August. I call that an absolutely ace and very personal service from a company that obviously cares about customer satisfaction!

I was looking for a Keela Talus jacket for my husband, as I have been so pleased with mine. Not only did Wylie's have what I wanted, it was at a really good price and also included delivery with a reliable courier (DPD). Everything went smoothly from start to finish, including a very quick response when I had a small query. (I don't often leave reviews, but in this case they definitely earned one!)

Dealing with Wylie's Outdoor World is a pleasure that you may not find when you are dealing with larger businesses. Working a lifetime in forestry and following outdoor pursuits, I require good tough well designed, outer and inner wear and Wylie's can supply in these in spades. The Insect Shield range of trousers, socks and tops are my go to range, whether at home in Scotland or in some tropical location.
