Whats in your pack with Drew Wylie
Join Drew Wylie as he shows off some of the essential camping kit list things in his pack for his own camping trips.
Like us all, My loadout isn't "static" it's constantly evolving, being altered to the particular requirements of the seasons or locations I am visiting and for how long.
Although the physical items in my pack change, the "elements" of my kit remains largely the same. When I choose items to put in my pack I am always looking for particular "characteristics" as I like to call them. As we look through my kit you will see that have many things in common. They are reliable, flexible, can be used in a number of different ways, they will often allow for redundancy if another item fails me, I get separated from a bit of kit for any reason, etc.
Let's have a look at some of these different "elements" I will cover footwear and clothing in a separate tutorial, this article will focus solely on items I carry in my pack.
